Patrick Tucker has been a New Orleans resident most of his life and has been in real estate since 1999. In addition to being a licensed real estate broker, Patrick is a registered architect with a Bachelor’s Degree of Architecture from Louisiana State University and a Master’s Degree of Architecture from Syracuse University. Patrick’s love for contemporary architecture and historic properties in New Orleans has helped fuel his career in real estate. Patrick specializes in the sale and acquisition of condominiums, single and multi-family properties throughout the New Orleans area. Patrick has purchased, developed and sold a number of properties throughout New Orleans, ranging in size and complexity; utilizing his knowledge in architecture, construction and real estate sales.

Having a quick eye for investment and opportunity mixed with a love for all aspects of historic homes including their restoration and preservation, has led Toni to numerous development projects throughout her career. She has worked on bringing blighted properties into commerce, historic renovations, subdivisions and condo conversions. This has caused her to forge lasting relationships with inspectors, subcontractors, architects, and city officials. Toni truly knows where to source products in the city for renovations from backsplash tile to the perfect bathroom mirror. Her construction experience, which includes design, management and sales is an added benefit to buyers and sellers since the condition of a property is key to valuing and navigating the inspection process. Toni's goal is to make the process enjoyable, by educating clients on the Louisiana contracts and timelines and throughout the process.

Rachel Van Voorhees

Originally from New York, where her father was a developer and contractor, Rachel has grown up in the business, as they say! She is a graduate of Yale University and has called New Orleans home for 35 years. With a huge commitment to community service, Rachel currently serves as Board President of Audubon Charter Schools, and is board member of the New Orleans Center for Creative Arts, the University of New Orleans Business School and is a trustee of the University of Holy Cross.

Adele Borie brings a dynamic blend of creativity, professionalism, and deep local knowledge to her real estate practice. Though raised in Baton Rouge, Adele comes from a long line of New Orleanians and has proudly called the city home since 1996.

After studying at Louisiana Tech and LSU—where she spent as much time behind the mic at the college radio station as in the classroom—Adele ventured to Washington, D.C. There, she worked on Capitol Hill, opened a vintage clothing boutique named after her New Orleans grandmother and great-aunt, DJed, bartended, and produced small art shows—proving her entrepreneurial spirit and creative drive early on.

Drawn home by the city’s culture and charm in 1996, Adele quickly immersed herself in New Orleans’ vibrant arts and nonprofit scenes. She worked at the Contemporary Arts Center (CAC), co-founded the 3 Ring Circus Arts Education Center (a.k.a. The Big Top), and served as a volunteer coordinator for iconic festivals such as the New Orleans Film Festival, Ponderosa Stomp, and the Bayou Boogaloo. She also worked behind the scenes at both the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival and Voodoo Fest, deepening her connection to the city’s rich musical and cultural traditions.

Adele also spent years honing her skills as a legal secretary—including at Rosenberg & Clark LLC, a firm focused on commercial real estate—while supporting her husband, Tad Mondale, in renovating historic properties using tax credits. This unique blend of legal, cultural, and architectural experience naturally led Adele to real estate. She became a licensed agent in 2013 and hasn’t looked back.

Today, Adele is not only a trusted Realtor but also an experienced property manager overseeing a 21-unit apartment building, a 5-plex, and five active Airbnb rentals. She brings hands-on experience, attention to detail, and deep market insight to every transaction.

Passionate about New Orleans’ architecture, culture, and community, Adele is an avid sailor, traveler, music lover, photographer, and thrifter.
